    Cohort, two hours, 6–8 PM. The week’s framework — taught live, with group exercises and peer feedback.

    Wed–Fri coaching

    One 45-minute 1-on-1. The class material lands on your company, your targets, your gaps.

    Weekend output

    The week’s deliverable ships by Sunday. Real reps fill every gap in between.

The follow-on

The core ends July 31. The climb to the stage begins.

The four weeks land two weeks before Demo Day on purpose. You will use this space for pitch refinement, coaching, pitch reps, and demo table prep.
