The Schedule

Two two-week sprints with Demo Day in the middle. Class on Tuesday, coaching Thursday and Friday, real reps in between. The first sprint puts you on stage November 12; the second turns the pitch into a fundraise.

01 The weekly arc

Rhythm of the weeks.

The structure repeats so the work compounds. Class introduces, coaching personalizes, the weekend ships — and the cycle resets on Tuesday.

    Prework

    Released before each week. You arrive at class with raw material ready.

  2. 02

    Tuesday class

    Cohort, two hours, 6–8 PM. The week’s framework — taught live, with group exercises and peer feedback.

  3. 03

    Thu–Fri coaching

    One 45-minute 1-on-1. The class material lands on your company, your targets, your gaps.

  4. 04

    Weekend output

    The week’s deliverable ships by Sunday. Real reps fill every gap in between.

02 The Pitch Sprint

Two weeks // to the stage.

Before the first class: Foundations, as prework on the learn platform. Videos and homework, released the day you enroll. You arrive at class with your locked lines.

From crucible to stage.

The second sprint

Demo Day is the middle, not the end.

The Pitch Sprint ends on stage. The Fundraising Sprint starts the next week with what the room told you: the deck you send, and the asks that follow it.

Week 04

Launch Sequence

Make clear, bold, powerful requests — to real investors.

Desired Outcomes, the Five Levels of Asking, strategic asks. You build your Launch Sequence in the room.

Target curation, ask drafting, and real Level-4 asks made during the week.

A 90-day goal, a milestone chain, and at least one real ask on the record.

Your seat is the only thing missing.

Cohort 03 runs October 27 through December 4. Applications are rolling until October 23; when the seats fill, the cohort closes.
